The Terra Planter & Terrarium was designed to create a versatile shape for the needs of different plants. Place the opening skywards & the planter can be filled with soil & used for plants that do not need sheltered a environment, like herbs, flowers & hearty succulents. Or by placing it on its side it can act as a terrarium, with enclosed sides & only one opening at the front to create a micro-environment suitable for cacti, succulents & air plants. The Terra & Atlas Planters also come with two geode slices that you can use to decorate your plant’s environment. The geode slices will be earthy colors (natural, amber or black), if you would rather have a dyed color (purple, pink or blue) please contact me before ordering. Each terrarium comes with a kit that includes the supplies you need to get started: pebbles, activated charcoal & helpful tips on care & planting.
