As this is preserved moss it may contain a small amount of sticks, lichen & leaves as per the natural environment it originates from, although we will do our best to remove these when sending out your reindeer moss. This moss is reindeer moss that has been preserved with glycerine to keep it soft & supple to work with. It does not require watering & is not live – it will not grow. Each bag of moss contains approx 20g of moss. The moss is compressed to enable easier shipping but will soon spring back once unpacked. Moss is coloured with natural pigments. Please note due to the dye, this moss when wet, may cause staining to light coloured surfaces. We would advise wearing gloves when working with moss.
