Although I do my best to securely package the item, on rare occasion yours may arrive damaged. IIn the event your order arrives damaged, I will provide you with a new moss piece. Please carefully note the steps below: 1. Open the package upon receiving it. (don’t wait days/weeks to open), 2. Take detailed pictures of the damage & the box damage & message me immediately.
